Had a great Thanksgiving day and feast over at my Mothers house again this year (she is a spry 83 years old). We had more than usual for dinner as normally we have around 20 25 family and friends but this year two of my sibilings did not even show up with there brood and we had over 40 people there for the day and feast. Thank goodness that we cooked two 25 pound turkeys because we still did not have any left overs to take home. Wonder full day and again it shows us how blessed we are in this Country to have what we have when other people in the World have nothing.
Since we did not have any left over turkey for sandwiches on Sunday, my wife and I went ahead and cooked another 20 pounder just for our family. Now we have plenty of turkey and stuffing for the next week or so to enjoy.
